We like to build strong relationship with the couples who book us and so it’s important to have someone at the end of a phone or email to help brides and grooms and that’s where I come in. Every wedding is totally different and our packages and the things we offer have to reflect that – you may need Jon for longer than you thought, you may want to discuss more picture options, you may just want to chat about the most important day of your life. I’m on hand to help, listen and advise.
After many years working in PR for hair and beauty clients such as L’Oreal, Wella and celebrity hairdresser Nicky Clarke, communication is my number one thing, closely followed by organisation. Everything from your initial enquiry, through to your booking form and itinerary for the day will be handled efficiently and professionally.
